I have never made coffee before, where do I start?
Not a problem - We take the guesswork out if it for you. We provide a training package to get you started making your favourite drinks right at home. Everything from extracting the perfect espresso, steaming and texturing milk to pouring basic latte art to impress your friends and family.

Do you stock breville or sunbeam machines?
No - Most of our customers have started making espresso at home with these and found they do not stack up. We want to help you to have the very best coffee experience possible at home. To do this you need the best tools for the job.

Can't I just buy my coffee from the supermarket? It is much cheaper.
It's cheap for a reason! Don’t sell yourself or your taste buds short for the sake of a couple of dollars. Supermarket coffee can be roasted up to a year in advance and there is no way to know how long it’s been sitting around before you get it. Our coffee comes direct from the roasters and is shipped to your door the same day. It doesn’t get any fresher than that.

Do you rent/deliver nationwide?
Currently our rental division is only available to Auckland customers - Please message us with an expression of interest and we will let you know as soon as we launch in other cities

How do I know what machine I should get?
Easy let our years of experience in the coffee industry help with that decision. We only use the very best from Rocket Milan, Vibiemme, and Mazzer - Exactly the same famous names you see in leading cafes)

Do I need a grinder?
Absolutely. Coffee starts losing it's smell and flavour as soon as it's ground. We suggest only ever grinding as much as you require for the shot you are preparing at the time and to discard the rest. See our photo gallery for examples of the effect just a few short minutes can have on the quality of an espresso.

This seems quite expensive. Is it really worth it?

I would like to hire Headshot Coffee for one of our events. What are some of my options?
We would love to be part of your event. Please refer to our events page for package that are available. If none of the pages suit you, please get in touch via the contact us page and let us know what you would like. We are more than happy to come up with an arrangement that will suit you and your event.
HOME RENTAL

I have never made barista coffee before, where do I start?
We are here to help. If you have never made coffee before and would like to get one of our home packages, we have the perfect solution.
We will TRAIN you! As part of the home rental package, we provide a complimentary barista training session.

How much space do I need for a rental package setup?
This depends entirely on how you would like to set it up.
Just as an indication though, the setup can be done on a relatively small amount of bench space.
The compact design of the domestic espresso machines allow it to fit nicely in even the smallest apartment kitchens.

What do I need?
You will require approximately 1 - 1.5m of bench space in the area you wish to set up in. We also recommend two electrical sockets: One for the espresso machine and one for the grinder.

Am I able to upgrade my package?
Of course you can! If your situation changes and you would like to upgrade, get in touch with us and we can work out what best suits your needs.
BUSINESS RENTAL

We will TRAIN you! As part of the business rental package, we provide a complimentary comprehensive barista training session.
Options are also available to turn this into a complete turn key solution. We can supply coffee, cups and other consumables delivered straight to your door.

I hear that you guys do custom paint. What colours do you have available?
You heard right! We pride ourselves in our custom painted equipment.
As for colours, the possibilities are endless! We can create just about any colour you can think of.
Choices include any colour and finish such as:
